今回はホワイトエッジブッシープレコについて簡単にまとめました。
ホワイトエッジブッシープレコとは？
ホワイトエッジブッシープレコ（Ancistrus dolichopterus）はアンキストルス属（Ancistrus）に属するプレコの１種です。アンキストルス属は簡単に言うとブッシープレコです。雄は特有の髭が発生しユニークです。
Ｌナンバーは、Ｌ183です。発見はかなり昔で1854年という情報があります。Knerさんという方が見つけたようです。
黒いボディを基調に尾ビレと背ビレの白い縁取りがあります。全身に青味を帯びた細かいスポットがあり、非常に美しい種です。海外ではスターライトとも呼ばれています。この縁取りとスポットは加齢によって薄れていくそうです（参考）。
日本ではいつ頃輸入されたかは分かりませんが１０年以上前の記事からその名前をうかがうことが出来ます。
飼育について
charm様の情報を主に参考にさせていただきます。 概ねブッシープレコを飼育する基準で良さそうです。
温度
温度は、20～25℃が適温とのこと。やや低めの温度です。海外情報だと23℃～28℃という情報も。
ｐＨ
弱酸性～中性。ネグロ川でも採取されているようですがブラックウォーターじゃなくてもよさそうです。緑の川のタパジョス川でも発見されています。

As valid, it is usually affirmed that they come from the Negro river (Amazon) in Brazil, although in some publications it is affirmed that it has a wider distribution and that it can be found in Guyana.
What we are sure of is its habitat. They like the currents of fast rivers, with clear waters and with a lot of vegetation.

餌
ブッシープレコは草食がメインらしいです。かといって野菜しか食べないわけではないので植物性、動物性の餌をバランスよく与えていくのが良さそうです。野菜はキュウリや小松菜を与えている方が多いです。
charm様では植物性の餌をメインには与えていない様です。
They can be considered to be omnivores , because they can feed on insects, their diet is actually vegetarian-omnivorous.
They usually consume algae and green lettuce leaves, which we must provide them very well washed.
They can also feed on other vegetables, like zucchini, cucumber, peas, even fresh fruit.
A varied diet must include some type of dry food that can reach the bottom , such as frozen Daphnia, mosquito larvae, prawns, shrimp …
It is known that in the wild, they tend to nibble on wooden logs, it is interesting to provide them with some wood that they can nibble. . It seems that they do it to provide themselves with cellulose.
If they are well fed, they will not bite the plants, but if they lack sufficient plant input, they can nibble on broadleaf plants.
サイズ
サイズは13ｃｍ～15cmあたり。こちらもサイトによって記載が異なります。
アンキストルス属なので大きくはならず小型プレコの仲間に入ります。
